Say NO! to Frustration and Distraction

We are proud to offer the first few tracks of Gary Johnson's revolutionary Audio CD specifically designed to harness your brain's amazing power to say NO! to frustration and distraction:

  1. Listen to the new brain research on Track 1.
  2. Gather children around and listen to "Fight, Flight & Freeze" on Track 2.
  3. Track 3 teaches the breathing techniques that are used throughout the rest of the CD.

That's it.  Simple.  Easy.  Effective & Powerful.

These first three tracks, while powerful on their own, are the building blocks for more advanced exercises which can be found on the full CD.

The C.A.L.M. staff is available to present/lecture at your event.  For the past 8 years we have been providing information to professionals, parents and teachers on new and current brain based research and treatment.

Here are just a few of the reasons why you should have Dr. Johnson present at your organization:

  • Gary has received extensive training in ADHD including study through Harvard Medical School with Ned Hallowell, M.D. and John Ratey, M.D., authors of Driven to Distraction.
  • Gary has been in practice for over 20 years, and has performed over 3000 evaluation for ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Memory issues.
  • Gary is a student of Daniel Amen, M.D.’s research and follows many of Amen’s principles in his practice.
  • The entire C.A.L.M. staff has attended several of Dr. Amen's workshops on SPECT imaging and ADD/comorbid disorders.
  • Gary recently continued his study with Dr. Ratey at Harvard regarding "New Applications of Clinical Neuroscience".
  • Gary was also a contributing member in Drs. Ratey and Hallowell's class "ADD for Professionals" during 2005-2006.
  • Gary speaks to numerous organizations each year.  A recent highlight was speaking at the 2008 international conference of ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association).
  • Organizations love having Gary come speak to them!  Don't take our word for it - check out what others have to say in our Testimonials area.
