Our Clinic
At C.A.L.M. we specialize in assessing attentional and learning difficulties across the entire age range that these difficulties can become apparent: from children as young as six years old to adults in their golden years.
Since many disorders can either resemble or also complicate attention problems, we have a conservative and comprehensive approach to the assessment process. Our assessment of children and adults includes:
- A thorough clinical history and a battery of tests measuring attention (auditory and visual abilities)
- Cognitive elements (IQ, achievement and memory)
- Neuro-psychological elements (brain functioning)
- Learning disabilities (reading, language and expressive / receptive problems)
- Assessment for possible secondary disorders including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive symptoms and/or other learning and attention disorders.
